python-cssselect software package provides cssselect parses CSS3 Selectors and translates them to XPath 1.0, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install python-cssselect
python-cssselect is installed in your system.
Make ensure the python-cssselect package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep python-cssselect *
You will get with python-cssselect package name, version, architecture and description in a table
